Border Mechanical are well placed to arrange all of your Car Air Conditioning Re-gas, Servicing, Repair and Inspection needs

Car air conditioning systems use refrigerant to extract the heat from the air inside the car to the exterior, leaving only cooled or 'conditioned' air behind to be recirculated. It is important that the rubber seals are checked on a reglar basis for any signs of leaks or decay which could indicate a continuing loss of refrigerant.

To compensate for this situation the refrigerant in your Automotive Air Conditioner should ideally be recharged completely within four years of the manufacture date and every two to three years after that.

Your car should be inspected by a qualified workshop such as Border Mechanical regularly to make sure the air conditioning system continues performing in optimum conditon as well as having the mechanics examine the condition of the entire car.

Repco Authorised Service mechanics perform a 65 point Vehicle Inspection with every service and are usually able to provide a warning about any items that may need replacing in the near future or those that are already damaged beyond repair.

Border Mechanical care about the environment and can arrange automotive air conditioning service with a licenced technician.
