Have you been issued with a Defect notice in either Queensland QLD or New South Wales NSW?
Defect notices can be issued to you directly by a member of Main Roads or law enforcement officer.
What should you do if you receive a defect notice?
The notice itself has all the information you need to take action. Amongst other things, it lists the faults detected and the type of inspection required to clear the defect notice. It will also explain who is authorized to perform the clearance.
